Please read this before you trade.
Trading leveraged products carries a high level of risk. This page explains what Guild Academy is, what it isn’t, and the risks of acting on anything we publish.
01Who we are
Guild Academy is operated by Guild Education Advisory – FZCO, an educational platform providing trading education, market insight, and signal delivery for informational purposes only. We are not a licensed investment adviser, broker-dealer, or financial institution, and do not hold a licence from the UAE Securities and Commodities Authority (SCA), the Dubai Financial Services Authority (DFSA), or any other financial regulator.
02Nothing we publish is financial advice
Nothing published through Guild Academy — including courses, daily market updates, signals, market commentary or copy trading programmes — constitutes financial advice, an investment recommendation, or an offer to buy or sell any financial instrument. Each signal is presented so that members can make their own informed trading decision; that decision, and the responsibility for it, remains yours.
03Risk of loss
Trading involves substantial risk, including the risk of loss beyond your initial investment. Leveraged products can move against you quickly. Only trade with money you can afford to lose, and consider your own circumstances and risk tolerance before trading.
04Signal performance
Any performance figures we publish, including historical win rates, describe past results only. Historical performance is not a guarantee of future results. Signal selection, market conditions, spreads, slippage and your own execution will all affect the outcome you experience.
05Copy trading
Copy trading involves risk and does not guarantee profits. Past performance is not indicative of future results. Programmes are available to eligible members and availability depends on jurisdiction, eligibility and provider terms. Trades are replicated into your own trading account — Guild Academy never holds, moves or withdraws your funds, and cannot control execution, slippage, or the availability of any third-party broker or provider.
06Third parties
Where we introduce members to a broker or platform partner, that relationship is between you and the third party, governed by their terms. You should review their disclosures and satisfy yourself that the service is appropriate for you.
07Your responsibility
You should conduct your own research and seek independent professional advice before making any financial decisions. By using this website and our services you confirm that you understand these risks and accept full responsibility for your trading decisions.
